Office Administrator Responsibilities

  • Typing & Data Entry: Accurate and fast input of information.
  • Phone System Handling: Ability to manage multi-line phone systems.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: Handling invoices, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Organizational Skills
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
