What Youll Do

• Facilitate 4050 minuteintake callsand briefprogram check-insvia Zoom.
• Support participants in our12-week digital programthrough secure clinical chat (approx. 1015 minutes per participant per week).
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback to improve our tools and outcomes.
• Track participant progress using our digital platform and maintain clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.

What Youll Bring

• Doctoral or Masters degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy).
• Full, independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in California (multi-state licensure a plus).
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout.
• Training inCBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and evidence-based care.
• Cultural competence, clinical excellence, and compassion.
• Comfort using technology and adaptability in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
• A computer that meets the system requirements to run Venn
