As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be the architect of our next chapter of growth for our largest customer segment.

• Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team: You will lead, mentor, and grow our brilliant inbound digital marketing team. Your primary role as a leader is to foster a culture of excellence and empower your team to do the best work of their careers.
• Own the Growth Marketing Strategy for Our Largest Customer Segment (those renting less than five properties): You will take complete ownership of the marketing strategy for hostsour vibrant community of customers with fewer than five properties. This means you will architect the marketing plan, inspire collaboration across the marketing department to execute it, and be accountable for the growth of this critical segment.
• Command a Multi-Channel Performance Marketing Engine: You will architect and manage our advertising campaigns across a diverse set of platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and strategically command a multi-million dollar budget to maximise ROI.
• Transform our Website into a Conversion Machine: The website is our primary demand-gen channel. You will own its success. This goes far beyond content architecture; you will lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) efforts, driving a rigorous, experimental process. Youll work with our fantastic content and product marketing teams on the words, but youll be the one asking, "How can we test that?" to find what truly moves the needle and gets users to that trial button.
• Master the Customer Journey Through Lifecycle Marketing:You will design and build the nurturing campaigns that guide prospects from their first touch to becoming happy customers. This involves creating personalised journeys that improve engagement, drive product adoption, and increase conversion rates.
• Champion a Culture of Data-Driven Experimentation: You will foster an environment where data guides our decisions and calculated experiments are encouraged. You'll champion the adoption of AI to boost our performance and, when necessary, dive deep into the data yourselfSQL skills are a huge plus hereto find the insights that others miss.
• Build our Virtual Events Channel from Scratch: We believe theres a vast, untapped opportunity in owned virtual events, a channel we haven't yet scaled. You will be the architect of this program, creating compelling events that educate our audience on topics that matter to those who have been renting their properties for years, and others who have just started. Many of these prospects are not yet aware that they have a problem with pricing, and it will be your role to bring them into our marketing funnel and to nurture them through to conversion.

About You:

• You're a seasoned leader with 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth. You have a powerful track record of driving significant ARR growth in a product-led (PLG) environment.
• You're an inspiring and empathetic manager. You don't just manage people; you build them up. Your proudest accomplishment is watching your team members achieve their potential.
• You're a master of the growth marketing toolkit. You have deep, hands-on expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website optimisation, with a strong understanding of how they intersect with Content, SEO, and Field Marketing.
• You are genuinely 'AI-first.' You don't just talk about AI; you have a history of implementing it to find real efficiencies and unlock new growth opportunities.
• You see data as your superpower. You have a sharp analytical mind and an ability to distil complex data into a clear, actionable story that rallies the team.
• You thrive on collaboration. You are a world-class communicator who knows how to influence and persuade your peers to build integrated, cross-functional campaigns that just work.
