PRODUCT MANAGER – Integrations

At Foley, a Product Manager serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Product Development Team. The Product Manager will become familiar with Foley's product offerings and develop a deep understanding of the market, our customers, and our competitors. The Product Manager will be responsible for multiple products and will be the go-to person for sales, marketing, customer service, and engineering regarding these products.

The Compensation for this position starts at $100k

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Product Manager, you will report to the Principal Product Management and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research and evaluate the market, current and potential customers, and the competition.
  • Lead the strategy, design, and successful delivery of API products to our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering to design, build and publish APIs in MuleSoft that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers
  • Ensure the creation of clear and comprehensive API documentation, guidelines, and usage examples using MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange, Swagger or equivalent tools to facilitate seamless integration for developers and partners.
  • Oversee testing processes to ensure API products meet high standards of reliability, scalability, data privacy, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and define specifications.
  • Respond to feature requests and issues, gather information, and understand the value proposition.
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces, lay out an iterative plan, and create a roadmap for future releases.
  • Support internal stakeholders such as engineering, product marketing, sales, and operations with product demos, collateral, and training.
  • Define product KPIs and monitor product performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or math.
  • For non-computer science majors, hands-on experience with creating and maintaining enterprise B2B integrations.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience working with APIs, webhooks, web services and RESTful architecture
  • Knowledge of computing platforms, software architecture, and database designs.
  • Experience with scrum and agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and experience with SDLC tools such as Atlassian suite of tools or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of or experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
