Job Details

This position is salaried and full-time. Verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be communicating with C-level executives and end users.

The candidate will be responsible for remote technical support and remediation of complex problems. They may also participate in field support escalation and deployment projects.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
2. 5+ years of systems management, advanced help-desk, or field support experience.
3. Certifications: MCSA Server or MCSE; certifications in Cisco or VMWare are helpful.
