We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Remote Client Relationship Specialists, where you will build lasting relationships with clients, offering them tailored protection and peace of mind—all from the comfort of your home through virtual meetings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct Virtual Consultations: Meet with clients remotely via Zoom to understand their financial goals, assess their insurance needs, and provide expert advice on suitable life, accident, and supplemental health products.
• Explain Policies: Clearly outline policy features, coverage options, and premium costs, ensuring clients are fully informed about their options.
• Ongoing Client Support: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy updates, and supporting claims processing.
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups, reviewing needs, updating policies, and offering ongoing guidance.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to be an effective communicator, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfort with basic computer functions and virtual meeting software is essential.
• Strong Work Ethic: Be self-driven and motivated to achieve personal and professional success.
• Energetic and Upbeat Personality: Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a client-first mindset to the role.
• Time Management Skills: Be able to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule effectively.
• Leadership or Management Experience: Prior leadership experience is a plus, though not required.
