Pay rate: $23 - $26 per hour + sign-on bonus potential

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements:

* High school diploma

* 2+ years of mechanical experience, including electrical plumbing, carpentry, building mechanical systems

* Applicable certifications and licenses (including a valid driver's license)

* Able to use handheld devices, business systems, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite

* The ability to travel between property sites

Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Utilize lifts and ladders for tasks, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain the cleanliness of facilities. Physical demands of this position include lifting 50 pounds and working at heights in various environments.
