We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to join our Riverstar Maintenance team in Terral, Oklahoma.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Recommends employee action notices for increases, promotions, performance development plans and IDP's
* Plans, schedules, and organizes material, equipment, and personnel
* Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
* Scopes, quotes, and supervises job request
* Adheres to facility accepted code and safety standards
* Proactively performs building maintenance, carpentry, and grounds keeping duties
* Efficiently completes assigned work orders
* Completes work orders
* Maintains a safe and organized work environment
* Transports furniture, fixtures, and accessories for facilities
* Maintains files, logs, and records
* Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
* Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
* Maintains knowledge of and enforce all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Prepares weekly reports
* Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility

- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies

* May be required to act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the manager to ensure all operational standards are maintained
