Position will reside in either Stillwater, OK or the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Pricebook Assistant position requires detailed analytical skills, superior organization, and the ability to work independently, while accuracy is at a premium. The Pricebook Assistant will be tasked with entering, editing, and deleting data for the Point of Sale (POS) system. The position requires the talent to multi-task and work with different personnel levels within and outside of the organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Communicate timely and effectively with multiple departments to resolve issues
•Work closely with Category Managers to get approval on new items, pricing and promotions, while maintaining appropriate margins
•Enter data in the Pricebook accounting software
•Resolve Universal Product Code (UPC) scanning issues at the store level in a timely manner
•Troubleshoot issues successfully and timely
•Change retail prices and costs on specific items in the Pricebook database when instructed
•Analyze margins by category and report findings to the Category Managers and Director of Marketing
•Update promotional information in the Pricebook database and communicate to the proper stores
•Update and import data from vendors in specific databases with correct retails and authorization of items
•Create reports and effectively communicate information
•Complete special projects as requested by Management/Executive team
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Efficient alpha-numeric data entry skills
•Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure while completing tasks in full
•Excellent analytical, reasoning, and communication skills
•Microsoft Office Suite experience
•Superior teamwork and customer service abilities
•Strong expertise related to organization, time management, and attention to detail
•Ability to adapt to change with a focus on continuous improvement
•Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
•Ability to travel short and long distances
•Ability to communicate through written and verbal practices
•Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
•Continuous manual dexterity
•Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
•Sufficient visual acuity
•Lifting requirements include lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds on occasion
